Swagelok's compact, high-flow design HF Series regulators utilize a gas actuated pressure sensing assembly to control outlet pressure. These dome loaded regulators are available in either a preset model, factory charged with inert gas to various setpoints, or a true dome loaded model that can be adjusted by a pilot regulator. These regulators are available with Swagelok VCR, tube butt weld or C-seal surface mount end connections. They conform to Swagelok’s “P process”, Swagelok Ultrahigh-Purity Process Specification (SC-01).
Swagelok high-flow regulators are also available in a spring-loaded manual model with a tied poppet and welded diaphragm. These features offer precise control, lower droop and fewer adjustments while in use.
