API 682 - Plan 23 Cooled Flush Recirculated through Seal Chamber
The Plan 23 routes fluid from the seal chamber through a cooler, and its purpose is to:
- Cool flush fluid in the seal chamber
- Reduce the friction and wear by a lubricant
- Provide high-point venting
You’ll experience better flow and pump-ring efficiency because there are no restrictions in the line. We use tubing rather than pipe, and the tubing can be bent in larger radii so there are fewer supports and fittings needed, reducing the weight and preventing drops in pressure and flow.
Trust the tube fitting experts to make sure you have the right solution for your unique application.
The transition is simple, and we can help customize.
